What is "Hand clean"? Hand Cleaning involves using a Squeegee and Wand washer, NOT using paper towels and spray (as many people imagine). The Wand is a cross between a cloth that holds the water and a non abrasive scrubber. We use it to apply soapy water and scrub off any debris. The squeegee is used to remove all the water and dirt off the window. What is "Machine clean"? We have a top of the line Water Fed Pole Machine that we can use on the exterior of almost any window. The machine itself hooks up to any regular water source and refines it to make it 99% pure. Meaning, after we scrub the window and sill with a non-abrasive brush, we spray it off with our system (about the same pressure as your shower), and it drys without spots.
